  • Comments & Messages. When you leave comments on our TikTok videos or send us direct messages, you provide content that may include your username, any personal details you choose to share, and any media attachments.
  • Contact Requests. If you email us or DM us for support or inquiries, we collect the information you include in your correspondence (e.g., your name, email address).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Platform Usage Data. TikTok automatically tracks your interactions with our videos (e.g., likes, shares, watch time). We do not receive personally identifiable details from TikTok beyond aggregate analytics and anonymized performance metrics.
  • Device & Log Data. When you view our content, TikTok may log information about your device (hardware model, operating system), IP address, and usage timestamps. We do not independently collect or store IP addresses or device IDs.

1.3 Cookies & Similar Technologies

  • On TikTok. TikTok manages cookies and tracking on its platform under its own Privacy Policy.
  • On Our Website (if applicable). If we launch a WakeFuel website in the future, we will clearly disclose any use of cookies or web analytics tools to collect site-visit data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Engage with You. We use the comments and messages you send to respond, provide support, and build community.
  • To Improve Our Content. Aggregated analytics help us understand which videos resonate most, guiding future motivational scripts and production.
  • For Notifications. With your permission, we may send you updates about new videos or special events via TikTok notifications or email.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

  • Service Providers. We may share aggregate, non-identifiable analytics with third-party partners who help us analyze performance or deliver services. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

  • TikTok. We publish and host content exclusively through the TikTok platform. Your interactions with our content are governed by TikTok’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Voice-Over & AI Services. To create our motivational videos, we use AI voice-over providers (e.g., ElevenLabs) and image-generation services (e.g., Midjourney). These providers may process transcripts or prompts but do not receive your personal data.
  • Analytics Tools. We may use TikTok’s built-in analytics or third-party dashboards for aggregate insights. No personally identifiable data is extracted or stored by us.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we disclaim liability for unauthorized access or breaches beyond our control.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our channel and content are intended for viewers aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
