All WakeFuel branding, logos, videos, scripts, and other original content are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WakeFuel does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WakeFuel and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification
